Curious to know, are they inclusive to all cultures or aimed at particular group of people? Has anyone used sure start or children's centres around London and found them helpful - would they recommend?

Yes definitely found children's centres helpful, fun and welcoming. I live in the Cotswolds and 90% of the time I am the only non-Caucasian but nobody seems to care! So give it a go
