Recurrent miscarriages and pregnancy

I am currently having tests for recurrent miscarriages 07,08,09, I have 2 dc, 8&6.
The next lot of bloods are to be taken tomorrow but I have been feeling very nauseaus and my boobs are massive! Honestly think it's to early to take a test but I always know I am pregnant before I get the bfp.
What do I do, feel daft as had'nt planned this but don't want to go through mc again, losses where all after 9 weeks and followed an interuterine bleed.
Has anyone had any experience of pregnancy in the midst of mc testing, I would really appreciate your views.

well I am going to cross my fingers and toes for you first of all hairyclairyfairy

When I went for my bloods after my 3rd mc I was infact just pregnant but didn't know. When I went back for the results beaming about my bfp the consultant said it explained my blood results!
I had intended to wait for all my tests before trying again and that did add further stress but the results were all clear.

As you are going in tell them what you suspect, maybe ask to see your consultant? Think about taking asprin?

I found that the help and assistance stepped up after mc No.3. My epu were great at getting me in for early scans etc.

Good luck

hairy i got pg while waiting for my tests after 3 mc. i didnt get to see my consultant before mcing for a 4th time. have you had any blood tests done atall? and do you have any appts scheduled soon?

most importantly you need to test so you know for sure and because im a nosy cow .

has anyone discussed a plan for your next pg? my cons refused to do this with me until 18th feb but my haematologist has agreed to start me on heparin from bfp next time.

fingers crossed everythin works out for you. xx

thats well summed up and I think we all understand how you feel.
My dr let me have cyclogest last time too might be worth a go?

I know how scared you are right now, its a seat of the pants rollercoaster ride. So I am sending you a huge congratulations and cos I am as nosy as onemoreplease please let us know how you get on.

onemoreplease you poor thing and why are some consultants so slow. The heparin is a good stride forwards though and hope it works for you.

mermaidpurse does does that really help if you talk aspirn when you had miscarriages

tiggergirl It was the only advice my consultant gave me after mc No3. I think in cases of sticky blood it would be very useful.

My results all came back clear and I have had 5 mc all between 6-12 weeks. I have a very precious ds aged 8 and now at nearly 42 am going to stop trying and plan long haul holidays/bungee jumps/and dancing on tables at 2am instead.

Taking aspirin may well be a placebo but hey doing something, anything which you think may help has got to be of some use in a situation where we feel so helpless.

The chemist in Boots recommended dispersible asprin as they 'make better asprin babies' so it is a known help. I have seen many ladies on these boards who say they have an asprin baby.

ooh congrats hairy hope it all works out for you. have my fingers firmly crossed for you. please keep us informed how you get on.

mermaid am very at how slow my cons is. he is so laid back it is unreal! really hope the heparin make a difference for me. although i will not hold my breath.

tigger i was advised to take aspirin after my 3rd mc and it didnt work for me but there are so many women it does work for. and as mermaid said, at least you feel like your doing something ifswim.

hope things work out well for us all!

xx
