Is This a Miscarriage

Just found out I was pregnant Last week we were totally overjoyed this would be baby No4. We were planning ahead need a twin pram thinking of Names then, Monday woke up with Cramp. My doctor said it was muscle pain and is common in Pregnancies. Thought nothing else went home and dreamed of the exciting few months ahead. Tuesday and Wednesday light spotting Doctor did another pregnancy test Still Positive.

Unfortunately this morning woke up... Heavy bleeding just like a period passed what I think was the foetus but there was 2 which made it worse.
Phone the Hospital who have said to come up on Monday Just want it confirmed or Not... But know myself I have lost them Don't feel Pregnant anymore

I am so sorry for you. If this is a Mc (probable i expect), i have been there myself and its hard.
