Just tears later on

Just wondered if anyone else got this - I sometimes get tearful although it has been several years since my last mis, and am feeling particularly tearful tonight - is it hormonal? Someone suggested to me that it might be linked to due dates of my lost ones (but I'm not that organised) actually have had a lovely normal evening with my DS and DSS - please can someone reassure me?

My MC was five weeks ago and I've been fine until Wednesday and haven't stopped crying.
My lovely GP said women are affected for years and its perfectly natural to have shitty days for many many years x
