Hi apples, I'm on day 40 after ERPC and nothing for me too - even did a pg test today which was negative. Have you done one just to rule out pg? (I also did a pg test a week after the ERPC which came up negative, so I know my hcg levels were back to normal - now just waiting!) May be worth just going to the doc to check it out as I've heard that if they didn't get everything out it means your body may still be producing hcg?

Hi Apples,
I'm 42 days post ERPC and no sign of period. I'm also still getting +ve pregnancy test results (defnitely not pregnant again) so am off to the docs this week for bloods to check HCG levels as they're obviously still there.

I agree with Bayeaux. Best make an appt with Doc to check things out. Hope you get an answer soon.

Hi, thanks for responding. I only started to get negative pregnancy tests exactly three weeks after ERPC. So hcg levels must be negative.. Mint 42 days is a long time to still have high levels (but I suppose it depends how far along you were).

Definitly not pregnant, but also no AF or ovulation.. what did they do to me!!!

If they whipped out my womb by mistake during ERPC, they would have told me I imagine.

Funny you should say that, when I had my pre-op meeting with the surgeon he said: "So we are going to be removing your uterus today?" Um, no!!!!

Frantic googling on my part - seems to be that anything from 2 weeks to "whenever" is normal (my sister was pg a month after having her D&C) - so just have to wait I expect...

at Bayeaux's surgeon. Gives you a lot of faith eh?

Was just about 12 weeks when I had ERPC Apples so hoping that my levels were high and that's why it's taking so blimmin long.

Update from me - I started bleeding this afternoon and it feels very period like IYSWIM. However I had tested about 4 hours beforehand and was still showing +ve.

Very confused.

Hope you both get good news soon. Seems really odd being both desperate for a -ve test and the start of a period. Complete opposite of a few months ago.

Hi, just wondering how you got on Apples - did af ever arrive? I'm still waiting... lost count of the days now and I simply cannot do ANOTHER pg test, it's costing me a fortune - wtf is going ON????

Hi, I got to day 65 after ERPC before AF. So you must be coming up to around day 59/60 if you were on CD40 on 14 September. Hopefully you will not have long to go..its horrible, waiting..isn't it.

Thanks apples, that reassures me a bit - yes, I think I am on my own day 60 now - did the maths!

Hi

So sorry for your losses, waiting for AF is an absolute kiler, I had no period after ERPC at 11 weeks pregnant, after 3 months of desperate waiting I got a positive pregnancy test so guess AF would have been at about 75 days post ERPC.

I am 27 weeks now so all went well, please don't lose hope I think I was on this thread asking exactly the same question 6 months ago. I hope that you all get your good news soon x

Hi SuziDee, thanks for that. After AF did your cycle go back to normal? I am on CD16 after first AF, cannot locate ov on sticks and have spotting.. Ov is lost and I want it back! I look back with fondness at a cycle length like clockwork.

Well, day 62 for me and it finally arrived - I have never been so happy to have ruined a pair of knickers (literally, had to leave work early as it all such a mess, sorry if tmi!)

I think SuzieDee was saying she didn't have AF as got pg "right away"? Congratulations btw - and apples, hope your cycle sorts itself out soon!

Hi BayeauxT, finally! Will probably be heavy AF, but I found it kind of a relief after the wait and it felt like a new start..

Hello.

That is fantastic news. I've got 6 year old twin girls and they are great.
I read your thread earlier as I was worried about when my period was going to return as I just kept on bleeding. Finally after 5 weeks of bleeding after erpc it has stopped.
Good luck with your twins.

Hi!I had EPRC for my 9weeks miscarriage of twins :( at the end of August this year. it's been 3 months now I i still have no period. I had ultrasound in the early October, obgyn said everything seems fine, i have ovulate and the lining of the uterus was good. I was expecting my period. it's already 3 months, last week the obgyn gave me 5 days of provera. Still no period. I am 42, i am so worry that something wrong with me, before pregnant my period cycle was pretty good. I don't know what to do, do anyone have the similar experience? would that be Asherman's Syndrome?
