Thats a lovely idea Thandeka, i plan on donating to mark my loss too.

Hello,
I read on here about an idea about paying for a donation to train a midwife through oxfam etc to mark a pregnancy loss. I thought that was a brilliant idea- but unfortunately Oxfam has "sold out" of the midwife gift.

Anyhow I have just found out about this organisation http://www.millionmums.org/index.cfm

which aims to stop mothers dying in childbirth so I just made a donation to mark my pregnancy loss (MMC at 10 weeks) and thought I might share in case anyone else wanted to do similar.
