not sure if you can mix codiene and ibupfrofen but you can mix paracetamol and ibuprofen- as they work on different pathways and combined can give fairly good pain relief. For my post wisdom teeth extraction alternating these every 2 hours helped with my pain relief. For my MC on sat I ended up taking 2 Paracetamol and then 2 ibuprofen 20mins later when I was on the floor with contractiony things but it took the edge off as at one point I thought I was going to have to go back to hospital for pain relief.

Hope you get through this.
Thinking of you.

I was about to say paracetamol and ibuprofen together - worked well for me when I was nearly 12 weeks, so a lot to come out

My biggest problem was getting my head round the fact that I wasn't PG, so could swallow drugs and all the wine I wanted to make it all go away

Sorry to hear the news Deanychip I did wonder when you disappeared from the a/n thread Think I may be joining you in here soon - spotting started today

thanks, its utter utter crapola.
joolsiam SO sorry for you, its so unfair isnt it.

feminax usually makes me sleepy so hopefully i will have a bit of sleep, but have a feeling that i may be in for a rough night.
Going in hospital on Friday for the rest of the medical management of this miscarriage, so it will all be over with by Friday night.

rubbish rubbish rubbish

How are you doing now Deanychip ?

I guess I was lucky - one day of cramps, a night of really bad backache and a scan this morning shows a complete MC, so no need for any intervention I hope.

Day 2 of red blood - just like a nasty AF now ..
