Do i need to go to hospital following my miscarriage?

I did a pregnancy test on 24th Oct, a day before my birthday, was ecstatic and shocked to see two very clear pink lines as we've been ttc from august and didnt think it would happen that quickly but i honestly didnt feel pregnant and with my other 2 kids i knew even b4 i took the test so i took another 3, 2 of which were digital and said pregnant 1-2. i started gettin cramps on 25th but no bleeding so did another test on 29th and it came back not pregnant, i was in so much shock that i went to early preg clinic and was told i was too early and shouldnt have even been there (very tactless midwife) cuz they wouldnt be able to see anything on scan at 5wks 3days so she did a test and it also came back negative, she was very unhelpful and said i wasnt pregnant and to test again in 10 days or wait till i bled, went home in bits and took another 2 test both of which were positive so i rang them back and was told i would have to wait untill today 3rd nov before they would scan me, started bleeding on sat and passed wat i think was my baby on sat nite, should i contact the hospital again or just do nothing? Im so confused and sad right now as this was a much wanted baby.
