Is this the start of a miscarriage?

Up from 2:30 with horrendous stomach cramps. Ended up on lounge floor because I kept disturbing dh and he needs his sleep. Pain felt very similar to contractions.
No bleeding or anything yet.
Feeling totally devastated this morning fearing the worst (falling pg this time was so easy).

Am meant to be 11 weeks tomorrow.

What do you reckon?

this is such a hard question to answer, if you have had pain strong enough to keep you awake, then get yourself to your gp straight away. the gp can refer you to the nearest early pregnancy unit (most units will only see you with a gp referral), they will examine you, maybe scan or at least get you a scan appointment asap, and take blood to test hormone levels.

i've had similar problems in early pregnancy, one was fine and dd is now 6, but 2 did end in m/c.

only way to be sure is to see your gp, fingers crossed all will be ok.

I don't know but I had to answer
I suppose it is good you are not bleeding, and maybe these are stretching uterine pains, but maybe you could see your GP to try to access a scan.

Thanks for your messages. Ended up bleeding for a day and a half. Went to gps on Thursday. They couldn't find a heartbeat. Went for scan at EPU today and baby is fine. SO relieved and cannot stop smiling now. It's been an emotional rollercoaster over the last couple of days and I feel so grateful. They reckon it could have been a cyst bursting. (Have a history of them, but it's been 11 years so never occurred to me.)
