TFMR 7 weeks ago, no sign of period

Hi everybody. I had a TFMR seven weeks ago today, at 12 weeks. Devastating but I am moving on and desperate to try again. Thing is I've had no sign of a period. I did have a weird bleed a week ago, that lasted for about 24 hours (TMI alert) sort of weird old black blood. Could that have been my period? I'm 43 but previously periods were like clockwork. I am worried that something has changed. Thanks so much in advance for any experiences you can share.
