Bad cramping 4 weeks after miscarriage

I had a miscarrige 4 weeks ago on Tuesday. I was 10 weeks but the baby measured 4. I only bleed for a week and I have had a scan which showed uterus was clear with normal uterine lining.

My pregnancy tests just turned negative over the past few days and I am pretty sure I ovulated nearly a week ago, so I don't think it will be af just yet.

Yesterday I had light cramping but today it is really bad. Has anyone had similar a few weeks later.

Hi, yes I had really really bad cramping overnight at four weeks post miscarriage. My period did arrive about two days later so I think it was just gearing up for that.
