could this be a miscarriage? *TMI*

I am on the pill, however had unprotected sex within a two week break of taking it. Unknowingly, I realised my period was late. However when what I thought was my period arrived 7 weeks later (including the two weeks) I was worried.

At first it started as very heavy bleeding with bad cramping. The bleeding was awful as was the cramping. I realised when I went to the toilet I was passing lumps. The first actual clot I saw came out in my pad. It was like skin, flesh, unlike any clot I have seen before. It was about an inch maybe.

I then had a shower a day later, and more clots came out. One was flesh like, long however flimsy. It looked like it was made of thick skin. It was over and inch long. Then the next clot I passed was a red ball. Like jelly, a perfect sphere of dark red. It was solid. It had a little almost tail attatched to it (sorry for my description it's awful).

All in all it lasted over a week. I am very worried as I genuinely have nothing more than tiny dots in my period. And it is never that painful or heavy.

If anyone can offer advice please do, I will not upload the pictures as they are graphic x

From experience it would seem like you have had a miscarriage. The flesh coloured tissue certainly sounds like what I had with mine. If you experience more heavy bleeding head to your local maternity as you may have retained products. A pregnancy test will still show hcg in your body for a while after. That way you'll know for certain. Sorry x

Yes that does sound like a miscarriage to me.
