What is my body doing now, FFS!

This was my first (and hopefully only) MC.

I had surgery 3 weeks ago as it was a MMC. I bled for about a week and a half, not pain and was only really heavy for the first two days. Then on Friday I thought I had started my period already. Early I thought, and I wasn't prepared. But then it only lasted the afternoon and not had anything since. It was light but heavier than spotting.

I have PCOS so it could be that playing stupid games or something.
Is this normal a week and a half after stopping bleeding?
Can it stop and start for a while?
I also had a shooting pain in my right boob that afternoon which I assumed might be linked?
Nothing since. Just back to normal again.
