So confused help?!?

Hey, im really confused as to whats going on with my body... I had my implant taken out to try and conceive about 3months ago. 4weeks ago i found out i was pregnant (no idea how far because i had no periods since my plant was removed) a few days after i found out i had some heavy bleeding for 24hrs an was sent to women day unit they done a pregnancy test an it was negative so they told me i miscarried. Anyway i still felt pregnant so yesterday (4weeks after misscarrige) i done a test and it was a clear bold positive! Could this be the same pregnancy but was to early for there test to pick up or a new pregnancy. I have no idea of how many weeks or anything, im scares to be happy about it incase i have tested to early again an i misscarry this one too. Anyone else had anything like this?

It might be possible that when you did the test at the day unit your urine was too diluted to make the test positive. I would do another test tomorrow and then make a gp appointment.
