Still getting stabbing pains over 2 weeks after miscarriage is this normal?

Hi guys

Title pretty much says it. Had a miscarriage over 2 weeks ago which started with stabbing pains and aside from a few days where I've had no pains I've had constant stabbing pains which seem to be getting worse and now it's like I have a really heavy feeling really low down when I'm walking. I don't think it's wind or bowel related because going to the toilet doesn't help. Has anyone else experienced this?

It has been three weeks since my miscarriage and i still get cramps and bloody discharge, i have no idea what is normal but i am just scared to go back to the doctors :( x
