2nd ectopic?

Hi all.
I know I can't really get an answer but honest opinions and advise would be much appreciated as I'm really worrying although I do an Oscar worthy performance of not showing it.
My husband and I have been together 10 years and got married 2 months ago Jan 2014. We are both 31 and decided in Dec 13 we would TTC. I was rushed to A&E in early Jan and had a scan. Was 5wks but couldn't see anything on the scan. They took HCG every other day and it lowered as it should and 3 days before we married I had a bleed. They said it was an ectopic but luckily my body recognised it early. The pain when I went to A&E was excruciating on my left side and I would say I have a high pain threshold.
As it was a whirlwind and we didn't expect to conceive so quickly it all seemed bearable if that makes sense.
We had a normal month with a normal period in Feb14 and then tried again. I found out last week I was pregnant. Everything been fine but this morning about 5 I jumped out of bed for the phone as I was on call. In bed about 45 mins later I got pain on my left side and wind. Same pain as before when I had the ectopic but no where near as intense.
I went to the EPU they did an internal and HCG which is 1060.
I have to go back tomorrow for a scan. The pain had eased by 11am and not been back since. I do keep having twinges but I'm just so worried.

Hi I had an ectopic as my first ever pregnancy last Summer in my right tube and was treated with methoxtrate, fell pregnant again in December and had very similar twinges and pains in the same area the ectopic had been in. The ectopic at the time was the most excruciating pain I had ever been through, it was utterly awful. This pain was similar but not as bad, definately didnt warrant the mission to A and E the ectopic did. But I was still terrified it was another ectopic waiting to grow as it quite hurt (despite not hurting as much as the ectopic had) and I rang the midwife early to make sure it wasn't as I was convinced. The baby was in the right place and I am now 25 weeks with a healthy girl and everything is going fine.

Get it checked out but in my experience this is normal and turned out to be a healthy pregnancy this time.
