implantation bleed or v early mc?

Hi...I was expecting AF yesterday. Have had mild cramping for 2 days...felt different to usual menstrual cramps more like previous pregnancy grumbles (also i normally only get cramps during my period not before). I had a tiny amount of pink after peeing last night, then a bit more today...literally just spotting. I have cramps again...not bad enough for pain killers. Then just had to put myself out of my misery and did a p test. I got a faint positive....but it was positive! But having had a mc at 10wks in May this year, i guess i'm worried rather than excited and don't know whether to even mention it to my partner in case it is about to be a mc......any advice gratefully received. Thanks.

I can't tell you either way as I have been in both situations but you should tell your partner, so as you have some support x

Thanks lyra .... I just know he'll be really excited so i'll feel bad telling him then having to say i might be mc-ing it. Hopefully not though...i guess time will tell. Tbh i am pleased that i'm capable of getting pregnant again....i guess that's half the battle :-)
