Hi everyone. I am in shock. Had a period 8th sept. Last week started getting funny browny stuff on and off and then had a bleed sunday night. Thought this was weird as my periods are usually 60 days. Theres been some strange stingy stuff. Does this sound like a mc? This is my second one now :(

Yesterday I lost quite a big clot, everytime I sit on the loo theres clots. This morning I lost a huge one when I went to the loo.

Were you TTC? Or do you think you've had unprotected sex around ovulation so could potentially have been pregnant? If you normally have v long cycles do you ovulate v late?
It doesn't quite add up that you are losing lots of clots yet it would be really only at the stage you'd first get a BFP. Is it possible your last period wasn't actually a proper period and you fell pregnant last cycle? Or are you just having some hormonal weirdness ?
It's probably going to be difficult to answer these things to your satisfaction. Have you done a HPT? If it was a 4 week MC it's probably going to be negative, if you were further on it might still be positive (takes longer for hormone to drop from a higher starting point) in which case I'd ask GP for a referral to EPU for a scan to make sure all complete.
Sorry you are going through it whichever is the case, It's a horrible experience.

Well, that's one good thing - if it was a miscarriage it is complete and you shouldn't need any follow up. How are you coping?
Are you going to go see your GP about it all? Might help to talk it through with someone.

I agree that it's worth speaking to your GP to understand what might have happened. It's also worth getting on your medical notes that you may have had an MC because they'll only start doing further investigation if you've had three MC's. (Though hopefully you won't get to that stage).

Thanks everyone. I didnt go to the doctors and am back at work today!

My H has not been very supportive this time round. I have spent alot of time upstairs in bed and I think over the whole weekend he's made me 1 cup of tea and brought me a sausage roll up. No housework has been done either. Feeling slightly :(
Last night my kids came home from their dads and he went and sat on the loo for half an hour and then got straight in the shower when I had clearly asked him for help when they got back.
