Sorry it's just so tough button. It sounds like you're coming to terms with a lot, on top of losing your baby. I hope you find a way to connect with and remember your baby today. Bakingtins has some beautiful ideas above. Writing a letter is something I did. I have kept it with a photo of me when I was pregnant, but if I hadn't had a photo, I would have just kept it somewhere safe. Thinking of you today.

Hi button I'm sorry you are struggling. Significant dates do tend to set you back a bit, it's very hard not to think about what should have been. Try not to think about how you 'should' act or feel, there is no right or wrong here. You are still grieving the loss of your baby. I've found it helpful to do something to mark significant dates like the anniversary and due date, can you plan to have some time on the 13th to honour your baby? (plant a tree, light a candle, release a helium balloon, buy a charity gift, write a poem...)

My miscarried babys due date is the 13th of this month, I am struggling to cope on the run up to what should have been a day of happiness! I feel like I have failed!! The feeling of emptiness and loneliness is really breaking my soul! I am currently being seen at the fertility & endocrine centre. The specialist I am seeing gave me the news, if I want a baby it will have to be with ivf!!!! My bf wont talk and is being angry and distant with me, it doesnt help I was unable to tell my family about anything as wr dont have a good relatonship, I have just turned 22 and dont really know how I should be acting?? Sorry for the long post, I think I just need some guidance & support.
