Fingers crossed! I had a heavy bleed with my son at 7 weeks pregnant and he turned one last week ;-)

Just look after yourself! A healthy baby in your arms is worth than anything else xx

Hi purple that's fantastic news! Just shows bleeding doesn't always mean mc. Hopefully this break does us good as it has for you, good luck with the rest of your pregnancy and with your wedding too smile

Take care x

Hi Butterfly, thank you for your reply, we had our scan on Monday and we are in complete shock that we still have a 9wk baby with a heartbeat with us, we couldn't be happier and we are hoping that it continues to be a strong one and stays with us.

We also had a 6 month break that was recommended by our consultant, so I wish you and ur partner the best of luck for your wedding and future pregnancies xx

Take care x

Hi purple, wow I could have written that post! So sorry you are going through this sad We have had 4 mc in 11 months, 2 mmc at 9 wks & 10 wks and 2 natural mc at 6 wks & 5 1/2 wks. We are getting married too in the summer I think it's good to have a diatraction because pregnancy, miscarriage, ttc takes over your life it's definately doing me good. We won't be ttc until after the wedding we decided it was time we had a little rest from it all the consultant thought it would be a good idea too.

I know exactly how you feel, I wonder how many times this is going to happen or if we will ever have a baby, but I do know one thing we aren't ready to give up yet and it doesn't sound like you are either I think you will know when enough is enough.

I've had all the tests etc and there's no reason for it to keep happening, it's a goos thing but also means we are stuck in limbo and can't do anything to prevent it. I've just started accupuncture I don't know if it's something you've looked in to but it's apparently helped lots of women achieve a healtht pregnancy it makes me feel better that I'm doing something positive.

I know I can't give you answers to you questions but I just wanted you to know you are not alone, it's good to be able to chat to people who know what you are going through and you can't always speak about it in rl. There's a great thread. I'm on called recurrent miscarriage testing and beyond part 6 if you want to join us there's some lovely ladies who give great advice and a hand to hold. Take care x

I am currently about 9 weeks pregnant and started bleeding very heavily yesterday, went to hospital and have to wait until tomorrow for my scan to see what is going on, not feeling confident.

This is our 5th pregnancy in 2 years, our first mc was missed mc at 13wk then we had 3 mc at 6wks. Because of previous mc we were referred to epu this time and had a scan at 6-7wks and saw a heartbeat, we were just starting to feel happy bout this pregnancy, but that has now gone sad

Even though we will carry on ttc after this, I sometimes wonder at what point is it too much to carry on...............it just hurts too much.
I have a great support system that is my DP, we are due to get married in 11wks at least we have that to look forward to.

I just don't know how much more I can take, I feel like I'm constantly crying due to hormones of pregnancy or the upset of mc, we have had the referrals and investigations with no reason for mc except pco!!!

What next? how many do we have to go through?

I know nobody can answer these questions but I just needed to vent, thanks for reading this and sorry for any losses you've experienced and good luck for the future xx
