Dizziness after ERPC?

Anyone else felt this? Had an ERPC last Friday, every morning I feel dizzy to the point of bumping into things when I first get up, then still feel woozy and unstable until the afternoon.
I'm not on painkillers.
I've had very little pain since leaving the hospital (except in my arm! Where a nerve seems to be damaged) and not much blood, so I really feel I should be back on my feet by now.
Hoping someone has an explanation for this, I'm worried DH thinks it's all in my mind.

I was a bit like that - at least first thing after getting up. It lasted for about the first 5 days or so after the op. I didn't go to the doctor or anything because I had had enough of doctors and hospitals, and it passed with time. But if you are worried or it carries on I would get it checked out.

Thanks Wellie. I'm hoping mine goes away soon. Don't feel safe to drive at the moment.
