sorry to hear that - a difficult time for you eh. i had one a few years ago and seem to remember fairly heavy bleeding for about a month afterwards - including some lumpy bits - i would have thought most of this would have been removed with the op but i guess some could've been left behind. maybe worth a call to your gp if carries on too long though x

I had one on Friday too. I remember they told me if the bleeding settled/stopped and then restarted heavily to let them know. I can dig out the sheet they gave me. Did they give you a phone number to call? Worth giving them a call.

Hope you feel better soon.

Get to the GP asap.

You just need a scan to ensure that they got everything with the ERPC. As I have said on many threads recently, I had an ERPC about 5 weeks ago, then had to have another a little less than 2 weeks ago as they didn't get everything. I ended up in A&E and being admitted, it was traumatic and scary and not something anyone should have to go through.

Its a high risk for infection if everything isn't out, so best ring and get scan.

I found the info sheet I was given and it says:
"If bleeding becomes heavier or you start to pass blood clots, seek medical advice. If bleeding re-commences after having stopped for a few days, please seek medical advice."

So yes I'd phone the EPU for a scan.

From memory they asked me to ring and organise a scan anyway to confirm all gone.

Hope this helps.

Call hospital. See if you can arrange a scan asap - much better safe than sorry.
