Hot , flushed cheeks at 39 - menopause?

My cheeks have some red pigmentation in them over the last 18months,
Over the last 6 months or do I keep getting hot flushes - just on my face in s triangle, from nose to lips & out to check bone.
I have it now for last 2 hours!
Could it be the start of the menopause?
My period have changed from 28 days 7 years ago (ttc)
To 21 days now

Rosacea- suggest seeing your GP and asking for referral to a dermo?
