Best Natural menopause supplement for menopause
estrovera

Only that I know my collagen levels have gone down in the last few months, my skin is much looser and my hair fluffy and fly away. Since taking the oils my skin is noticeably better, far less dry but I don't know if it is the cod liver or evening primrose that is doing it.

I took Menolieve (from Boots) all the way through the menopause and it really seemed to help with mood swings & reduced hot flushes.

Not particularly cheap but not bad if you buy 3 for 2.

I don't take anything except a calcium/magnesium supplement- Osteocare- as I am dairy -free.

Question- why are you taking what you are? Which symptoms are you trying to treat?

Bumpity bump

Not sure what to take but just started on Evening Primrose, Castor Oil and a multi vit with iron. What is everyone else taking or had recommended please.
