I'm waking up to the fact that I might be slowly approaching the menopause. I wake up with night sweats and each month I lose my sanity for a brief moment. I'm probably more anxious than usual. Periods are still regular but heavier and shorter than they used to be.
I don't want to go on HRT because there's a family history of breast cancer. Apparently some natural remedies also contain oestrogen, but I am thinking of trying Evening Primrose Oil.
Does anyone have any experience of Evening Primrose oil? How much do I need to take? What benefits did you experience?
