House to let Guisley

We are relocating to the Wharfedale area for my DH job .We are looking for a 2 plus bedroom property in the Guisley Ilkley Yeadon Menston Otley area .Would also appreciate any advice on where to look etc .

Alot would depend what you are looking for in the area as to which I would recommend for you. Ilkley is a gorgeous place, great amenities, links to Bradford and Leeds but you pay a premium for the privilege.

Guiseley too has some good schools as does Menston if this is important, Guiseley has a train station and has more amenities than Menston. Driving distance to Leeds is a little closer than Ilkley. Prices are a little more reasonable in both areas but I would say in a lot of areas are more premium.

Yeadon has some amenities although it doesn't have a train station like Ilkley or Guiseley but is closer driving to Leeds than the others. I would say depending on area you will get more for your money here.
