Hello,

We've had a request for case study participants from Schools Week.

They're writing an article about what happens when schools do not agree to exam result appeals or re-marks, or fail to appeal against exam results on behalf of pupils. It's relating to this recent story on pupils being allowed to bypass schools to request remarking on GCSEs and A Levels this summer.

They are looking for any parents who have had requests for re-marks of their children’s GCSE or A level exams rejected by schools to talk about their experience and what could have made it better.

The deadline is tonight so if you'd like to take part you'll need to be quick!

If you'd like to share your experience with Schools Week or have any questions about the article, please contact Freddie Whittaker on Freddie.whittaker@lsect.com or 0203 4321 392 direct.

We at MNHQ don't have any further details about this and Schools Week won't necessarily be monitoring this thread, so if you have any questions about the article please contact the journalist directly. (If you have any comments or observations for MNHQ, do please fire away and report your post so that our press team will be shown it!)

Thanks,
MNHQ
