The way children access and watch TV is changing according to a new report. BBC News is looking for a parent and their teenager who can talk about how their viewing habits today at 5:30pm. We'd love to hear about how and what programmes your teenager watches, do you still watch TV as a family? If you do all sit down together to watch TV are you all also tapping away on social media too? If you're interested please email me: sarah.rock@bbc.co.uk
