Children's bedtimes

(1 Post)
MEDIA: BBC World News Tue 09-Jul-13 13:25:23

BBC World TV News would like to speak to a mum who has / has had difficulty getting their children off to sleep.

You would need to be available to come into New Broadcasting House central London for 1615 today for an interview with Jon Sopel - we could arrange transport.

The interview will be about your experience, how it affects you and your family, what you've tried to overcome it.

It is related to a study published today that finds irregular bedtimes and late nights harms children's brainpower - http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-23223751

Are the experts tips always as easy to follow as they sound?
