Hi, we're looking for someone who's on a diet who is able to accompany a Radio 4 reporter to a food research centre in Surrey to look at how food manufacturers replace fat and saturated fats in foods.

The food industry is constantly trying to find ways of replacing tasty fats with equally tasty alternatives. But does it work? Would you be able to help?

We would hear your story and your opinions on what the non-fat food actually tastes like!

Thanks.
