Would you be willing for your meeting with a solicitor, collaborative lawyer or mediator to be recorded in confidence?

Our project ‘Mapping Paths to Family Justice’, based in the University of Exeter and University of Kent, aims to provide critical evidence about experiences of different forms of alternative family dispute resolution (ADR) on relationship breakdown, at a time when these court alternatives are likely to become increasingly used.

We are looking for people who are willing for their meetings with solicitors and/or mediators to be recorded. We offer a £20 voucher to participants. All recordings and subsequent data is anonymised and made confidential in adherence with strict ethical guidelines.

To take part in the study, please contact Jan Ewing, Associate Researcher, University of Kent on 07971 008931 (leaving a message with your contact details) or email J.Ewing@kent.ac.uk
