Hello everyone!

I am helping some friends who have started an environmental company to better understand what their customers need from them. We have written a very short (5 question) survey and would really appreciate feedback from mumsnet users for this.

What a strange survey! Surely washing powder is quite low down the list of offenders when it comes to climate change?

And there was no option for online shopping ...
