Are you a pregnant working mum who will be affected by real-term cuts in maternity pay and child benefit?

MEDIA: Daily Mail Thu 06-Dec-12 16:01:24

The Daily Mail is looking for a working mum-to-be who will be affected by yesterday's announcement that maternity pay will have a below inflation increase of 1% next April, worth £1.35, instead of the index-linked rate of around £3.
Child benefit will also only be going up by just 1% - an extra 20p per week.
Are you concerned at how this will hit your family budget? Do you think the government should make savings elsewhere?
If so, and you are prepared to have a quick chat about it and have a photo taken - it must be this afternoon - then please call Andrew Levy on 07976 274172.
Many thanks
