I am carrying out research into the awareness and use of osteopathy by pregnant women in the UK and need to gather as many responses as possible from pregnant women (age >16, resident in the UK). The questionnaire will take about 5 minutes & you will have the opportunity to enter the prize draw to win £40 of MotherCare vouchers
