Looking for parents of primary school children in England

I'm a student at the University of West London studying a BA (HONS) in Food and Professional Cookery. For my dissertation I've chosen to look at school meals, examining the reasons why less than half of all children in England take school meals and what is being done to improve this. I would be very grateful if you would complete this questionnaire which will take approximately 5 minutes to finish.
I’d like to ensure you of complete confidentiality and your responses will only be used for the purposes of this dissertation.
As a token of my appreciation I will donate 50p to Save the Children for each completed questionnaire (donation will be capped at £100).
