Help requested from mums currently breastfeeding - anonymous survey on sex and breastfeeding

I'm a lactation consultant and breastfeeding counsellor and I'm doing some research on sex and the breastfeeding woman. I'm presenting at the Association of Breastfeeding Mothers' conference in Birmingham in June.

So far I've had about 140 women respond to my survey and answer some simple questions about their experiences of sex and breastfeeding and it would be great to have more.

The idea is to really get a sense of what is 'normal' and reassure breastfeeding mothers that their feelings and attitudes and experiences are shared by many.

It's also useful for those supporting breastfeeding women to understand how we cannot make assumptions about how breastfeeding affects sexuality and self-image.

The link below takes you to the survey and it takes less than 5 minutes to complete. The process is completely anonymous. Any help would be really appreciated. Thank you.

Emma- I was to help with your survey but I'm a bit confused by the questions. You asked how long I had been breastfeeding (q2), but does that mean in total or with my youngest child?

Also, q 4 doesn't give you the option of saying your libido is lower but you don't think it is breastfeeding (I know this because, miraculously, my libido returned with DD1 when she started sleeping through. It's exhaustion, not breastfeeding grin)

And on 5, 6 and 9 , am I meant to answer for currently, or over all the time I've been breastfeeding?

Sorry to be a pain, but I don't want to skew your data by making assumptions.
