Now it's colder I don't feel like eating cold salads at work, a nice bowl of soup would be lovely (minus the crusty bread roll). I haven't been very adventurous in the past with soups, mainly leek and potato, veggies, minestrone etc but they are all too high in carbs.
Does anyone have any soup recipes that I can try. I'm not a veggie and will eat most things apart from mushrooms :)
