User name atkinsdieter. I'm do lchf and I've lost 4 pound in 4 days and I'm even eating pizza I made..don't even feel like I'm on a diet xx

I'm eating veg and salad but not berries..am I allowed berries? I got some keto sticks today and I'm not even slightly in ketosis but still losing weight which is weird x

Maybe your just not actually eating that many calories so you will lose weight. Yes, berries can be eaten with full fat greek yoghurt as can nuts, seeds and mayo and oils. Have a look on the low carb diet threads on here.

I'm not even having 20g carbs so I cnt understand why I'm not in ketosis..I've not cheated at all! Well done for losing 5 stone. How long did it take?
I'm Gina get some full fat yoghurt and berries then thanks

You don't have to be in ketosis to lose weight with a lower carb diet. Some lower carb diets go up to 100g per day and people lose weight but they do have to count their carbs.
