They work well as noodles such as in a stir fry or with curry as rice. Sometimes Holland and Barratt put them in their penny sale. They smell a bit fishy but once rinsed and dry fried there is no fishy taste at all.

Occasionally I have them but make sure you fry them well or they're really rubbery

I tried them once, was like eating worms, probably better cooked in something like others have said!!

The noodles are the most palatable: good in broth. Have used them when doling maintenance 6:1 as they are filling and very low calorie. Are they definitely low enough carb to do with these diets?

We have used them but only in stir fry, we tried them as "pasta" but they were not great.

I hadnt thought of it until I read Queens post but I bet they would be good in chicken noodle soup.

Also they now do a "slim rice" wonder what's that like, still haven't tried this range but the noodles in a broth sounds like that could work.

I don't mind the noodles but hated the rice and pasta
