Hi everyone im new to this lol :-) i have started the cambridge diet this is my second week i lost 11lb last week its been ok but finding it hard to not have drink expecaly on these nice hot evening be nice to sit in garden will glass vodka and red bull over ice im trying hard to resist as i normaly have a good drink on fridays what do you all think is it wise to go without or maby have just 1 or 2

I started this week too. Congrats on 11lb loss. Apparently it's dangerous to drink while in ketosis so I'd avoid if you can

Ive been on this for five weeks. I've lost 15.5lbs. I feel better. I've had a couple of days off it when I was away but controlled portion sizes when I was eating. I don't seem to be getting huge losses on it but I've definitely got a bit slimmer. Only another 5 stone to go! I'm away next week so back on it next Sunday.
