Anyone up for a summer surge?

After finishing bootcamp early on 8/3/14 due to an holiday I've kept my weight off. BUT I've been disgusting over Easter and need to get myself back into shape for my hols in 3 weeks.

So who's up for it? A little surge before summer?

Today's menu
Breakfast : BPC
Lunch : prawn salad
Tea : Turkey breast with cabbage and leak

4 / 5 litres of water

Can't BIWI, got my summer holidays on the 15th, will probably just on wagon when I get back though.

Today's gone fab, not been that hungry surprisingly. Now just need to stay strong (and loose a stone in 3 weeks!) x

Hoping ketosis kicks in soon. House is still full of chocolate, ended up going to bed early last night to stop me eating.

My goal is loosing 4kg for summer, but these are the hard ones after I've lost the initial ones...
Just explain please, what is BPC breakfast?
And also, do you eat between meals? I can't stay without healthy snacks....is that ok?

BPC is Bulletproof coffee, I believe! Some kind of God awful concoction of coffee and coconut oil. Apparently it's lovely but I don't believe anyone who says that

If you're low carbing, neshi, you will find that you aren't hungry between meals (you may even find that you're not hungry at meal times) and therefore won't need to snack. You certainly won't need to plan snacks in the same way that you do if you're eating a high carbohydrate diet.

That said, if you do feel hungry, then cheese, nuts (almonds and macadamias are the lowest in carbs) or olives are all good.

I am in love with BPC! Make a black coffee, pour it into a bowl. Add a teaspoon (or more) of butter and the same of coconut oil. Whizz it up with a stick blender et voila! A smooth, creamy DELICIOUS drink that keeps you going for aaaaaaaaaaaaaages.

buttery garlic mush, sounds delicious but what is it exactly? Grin

I started on Monday as well Mary.

It is the water I struggle with. ConfusedConfused

Lost 3lbs since Monday.

Eaten some lovely food this week.

Had Chicken Shawarma with mushroom stir fry tonight.

Awww fab I have recruits, been missing for a few days as had some major things going on at home. Apart from a slip up of far to much red wine this weekend my diet has Ben good. Down at 9.10 today from 10.0 so SmileSmile

Love BPC I add a glug of double cream tooBrew
