Low-carb diets

Haddock - no idea what to do with it.

I'm defrosting 4 haddock fillets but have no idea what to do with it. Sick of meat and eggs but no real good fish recipes except for fish pie which is too potato based for low-carbing. Anyone gave any they could share?

Pan fry in lemon and a bit of butter, salt and pepper. Grate some parmesan on top and just whack them under the grill for a few mins, serve with a wedge of lemon and loadsa vege

or you could do 'fish parcels' in tinfoil with some lemon juice and olive oil maybe some herbs, just bake them in the oven
