I'm looking for inspiration!Currently my favourite breakfast is a packet of Tesco organic wafer thin ham, but at £3 a pack I don't have that more thna once or twice a week.Lunch - halloumi, cabbage and streaky bacon, all fried up togetherDinner - prosciutto wrapped and mozzarella stuffed chicken breast with asparagus.Favourite dessert - the berry crumble! Even if I wasn't low carbing I would love this!
Scrambled eggs made with two eggs and a glue of double cream for breakfast.Mozzarella salad for lunch.Roasted broccoli (with salt, pepper, chilli and garlic) and lamb chops.I love low carb food.
Breakfast: crispy streaky bacon and avocado. Lunch: mixed leaf salad with olive oil dressing brie and ham. Dinner: chicken satay with peanut sauce or Thai red curry (prawn or chicken)
