I have eggs, butter, cheese, ham, sausages, spinach, cauliflower, kale, courgette, chorizo, gem lettuce, full fat cream cheese, garlic, shallot, various herbs/spices

don't have any special flours or flaxseed or anything like that

Are you 'allowed' meringue?

Could you make a carbonara type sauce for courgette spaghetti?

this sauce, but chop the courgette into spaghetti shapes instead of real spaghetti.

If nothing appeals today just freeze it. It won't whip when defrosted, though you can freeze it whipped. It is then fine for cooking with. Or make a recipe that involves heating it , this extends its life. Or freeze the sauce.

melt in some dark chocolate and make a desert, blend with cauliflower and fried onion to make mash?

that sauce looks like exactly what I need (minus the pasta obviously), no pancetta but thickish ham will do. thanks SNFED

love the idea of the melted dark chocolate but think I would go OTT
