DH about to start on low-carb diet. Looking for soup ideas/easy dinner ideas that aren't relatively straightforward. Thanks!

I've just put a link to a cream of celeriac and pancetta soup that I made today on the Bootcamp recipe thread. It was delicious and really filling. The recipe has a garnish part that I missed out completely making it really simple.

I've just made a spinach and stilton soup for tomorrow as the bag of broccoli in the freezer turned out to be spinach
