I've just come back from my nephews birthday party and am feeling very down. The was row upon row of sausage rolls, pizza slices, pakoras, ham sandwiches on crap white bread.. Heaven on a platter basically :(

Cover your ears while I wail... ARGGHHH!

I'm doing really well. I'm almost 4 weeks in and 11.5lb down. I'm not bootcamping and am just not eating any wheat, rice, potatoes or sugar and its working but OH MY ACTUAL GOD I WANT A SAUSAGE ROLL, A PINT OF STELLA AND A SLICE OF BIRTHDAY CAKE.

Anyone want to beat me with a big stick?

(Or, indeed, join me in my misery)

4 weeks without carbs? You are a better woman than me! Grin Well done for sticking with it, you should feel proud of yourself.

Why are you feeling down?

You should be feeling proud of yourself that you didn't eat that hideous party food.

At dd2s party I had cucumber sticks and strawberries while everyone else tucked into all sorts of carby lovelies.
I feel your pain!

Sorry I'm sitting here eating, pork and stuffing and buttery boiled spuds.

Cutting sweet junk I can do. Bread I'm not mad on, but no rice or potatoes. No way!

I've given myself the goal of 2 stone off by Christmas,.. Start weight was 12s9.5lb and I'm now 11s12lb. Christmas seems a long way away.

I guess I'm just down as I don't want to have to wait till December to have a mince pie and I'm generally missing food! Food is comforting, isn't it :(

No way you should feel amazing - that was the ultimate test and you passed Grin You would be feeling far worse if you had had a sausage roll and cake - you might be all bloated or have grown a big zit (this happens to me when i go off plan) and would have gained some lbs more than likely plus it might have kicked off cravings and guilt and led to more carbs at home...
