Google "keto flu"... Could be that. Takes a little while for your body to adjust to the new way of eating sometimes. By day 4 or 5 you should be out of it and feeling well again.
How are you doing now? Feeling any better?
I've woken up after my first day low carbing feeling really like I could be sick.I've got a slight sinus type virus I think, so am not sure whether its that, or can it be low carb after just a day?
