PrimalLass I have a couple of issues with protein shakes - first, you can end up consuming a fair number of carbs that way, whereas really you should be trying to get the majority of your carbs from veg and salad. And I'm not convinced about the ingredients - they are a bit too processed/artificial for my liking.
Yes you are right they are too processed, and contain soy which I usually avoid like the plague. But I know that I will do better with this if I have the means to make them in the house in case I run out of other stuff or can't face breakfast. And thankfully this one is pretty low carb (and lovely mixed with cream).
Can I join please? I was here before and did really well, lost most of baby weight but abandoned ship when I became pregnant again. So now I'm ready to have a go at losing the baby weight all over again!
I'm on my phone and can't copy and paste (or don't know how to). Could someone add me in? I don't really want to lose much weight (about 3kgs) but do want to change my eating habits and kick the sugar/carb addiction.
