Now if I actually put in place my idea of kiosks at stations selling low carb food, you wouldn't need to ask this question!

You have them as in you're leaving shortly? Or as in ideas?

There are several low carb scotch egg recipes online. Make a chicken and bacon salad and pack the dressing separately?

You can also make low carb 'trail mix' with chopped nuts baked in coconut oil and a little honey (or low carb sweetener - my interest is paleo rather than low carb though so prefer honey).

How long is train journey? If its less than 6 hrs I would just eat at home and again on arrival. Maybe just take some water and nuts with me

Ooh, also pork scratchings and beef jerky.

Second you MUST do that! It's so hard to find lc food whilst out and about.

And SAUSAGES! Id forgotten about sausages. That'll do! It's not a king journey, but it's at tea time and I'm too greedy to wait Smile
