I have followed the Harcombe diet/WOE in the past, these days I'm just generally low carbing. I gave up caffeine completely though, I think Zoe says caffeine increases insulin production.
I did this diet two years ago and slimmed down and felt great. Back on it again and doing 5 day detox. Still drinking coffee though (just one in morning). Does anyone know if this stops weight loss?
